says He can do!
To
know Jesus means to become intimately acquainted with
Him – to have personal knowledge of Him, to
experience His presence and to hear His Voice. Jesus
is real - not an imaginary person or a religious icon.
Knowing
Jesus brings forgiveness, freedom, deliverance, healing,
preservation and soundness of mind for you! You are
valuable to Him.
According
to Romans 5:12 there is a need for salvation (to have
Jesus in your life) and John 3:16 gives us the solution:
“For God so loved the world, that He gave…
(Jesus)… that whosoever believes in Him shall
not perish, but have everlasting life.”
We
invite you to take a moment and pray the following
prayer:
Dear
God in heaven, I believe in Your love for me and I
want to ask You to come to me as I come to You.
Jesus, thanks for coming to earth to live and die
for me on the Cross. Thank you for the gift of forgiveness
of sin that You offer me. I ask for that forgiveness.
Forgive me and cleanse my life. I am sorry for the
things I’ve done that are unworthy in Your sight.
Please take away all guilt and shame. I accept that
Jesus died to pay for my sins and through Him I am
now given forgiveness.
I ask you, Jesus, please come into my life. Because
you rose from the dead, I know You’re alive
and I want You to live with me. I am turning my life
over to You and turning from my way to Yours. I invite
You to lead me in a life that will please the Heavenly
Father.
Thank you for hearing me. Thank you for answering
and forgiving me and washing me clean. I commit myself
to Jesus Christ from this day forward. Please help
me to live each day for You. Amen.
